Return Policy

Antonio Marras offers you the possibility to change your mind and return the items you are not satisfied with up to 30 days from the delivery of your order. 
 
We remind you that the exchange service via courier is not possible. 

 

How can I return my order? 

1) PREPARE THE PACKAGE: Put the items inside the original package. 

2) CONTACT US: Send us an email to shop@antoniomarras.com together with your order details and we will provide you with a return label.

3) SHIPPING: Wait for courier’s pickup or bring your package to the collection center. 

 

Do I have to pay to return my order?

  • For customers residing in the US, the return of a product is free of charge. Note that if you decide to use a courier of your choice, the return is under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse.
  • If you wish to return some items from a country outside the United States, you shall notify our team by sending an email (shop@antoniomarras.com) within 30 days from the reception of your parcel. Once your request is approved, you shall arrange the return with your preferred courier. You are requested to provide our team with a tracking number, to monitor the returning parcel. We do not take any responsibility for the costs related to any return from countries outside the US. Please note that you should also consider duties and taxes when returning the parcel. The return is under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse. 

 
How long does it take for my refund to be processed? 

As soon as we receive and process your return, your order will pass through a quality control and all items will be carefully analyzed. They should be returned without any fault, stain and with their original labels still attached.  

If this phase is approved, a refund will be credited to the original payment method. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 14 working days for the whole process to be completed, due to bank-processing times. 

Please note that eventual shipping costs and duties paid are not refundable. 

  

Can I exchange a size? 

Items purchased from our online store cannot be exchanged. However, if you wish to change size we invite you to initiate a return and proceed to place a new order.  

  

Can I return the perfume? 

Perfumes purchased online cannot be returned.
