Why should I create a profile on Antonio Marras? 
By creating an account on Antonio Marras.com you will enjoy various benefits: 

  • Order History: in your personal profile area you will be able to see all your previous orders, as well as track your new orders until the time you receive them.   
  • Faster Checkout: save your billing and shipping information for a faster and easier checkout. 
  • Wishlist: you will have the possibility to save your favorite items and find them later on.  

How do I create a profile on Antonio Marras? 
Simply click on ‘Account’ link at the top right side of the website. In the pop-up window choose ‘Register’ and fill in the form. You will be asked the following information: first name, last name, email address and a personal password. You will be able to modify this information at any time. 
 
What will you do with my information? 
The information you provide will solely be used to fulfill your order and improve your shopping experience. Your information will remain confidential and private and will never be shared with third parties without your consent. You can find more details in ourPrivacy Policy.  

Do I need to set up an account to place an order? 
No, you can quickly checkout as a guest and eventually create your account. 

What should I do if I forgot my password? 
You can reset your password at any time. Go to ‘Account’ and click “Forgot your password?”. You will soon receive an email with a link, where will be able to create a new password.

Register  
To conclude your purchases on AntonioMarras.com you may create a personal account. This is a quick and easy procedure that will only need to be done once and will provide you with many benefits. 
You can also choose to checkout as a guest. 

Items’ Search 
To easily consult our product offer, select one of the categories in our menu. To find specific articles: set your filters or insert any keyword in the search engine.  

Product’s Information 
By viewing each product’s page, you will be able to see all the article’s description and details, all available sizes, color variations and dimensions. Double click on an image to zoom in.  

How to place an order? 
Follow some easy steps to place an order on AntonioMarras.com: 

  • Choose your product and visit its Product Page;
  • Select your preferred color and size and add it to your Shopping Bag;
  • When you wish to conclude your order, click on the Shopping Bag icon on the top right and select the “checkout” button.
  • Proceed by inserting your Shipping Address and on the following page your payment details.
  • Click: “Buy” and wait for the confirmation email. If you do not receive any email, check your junk mail or contact us. 
  • From this moment on, your order will be in our hands. 
  • You will be notified when the parcel will be dispatched. 
  • You can log in to your personal profile to track your order.    

 

PRODUCTS’ AVAILABILITY 

Are out of stock items restocked? 
Items available on AntonioMarras.com reflect the real availability of items in all our warehouses and stores. If a size is not available, it means it is out of stock and we unfortunately don't know when and if it will be restocked later in the season. We invite you to periodically check the article or collection page to find any new availability of sizes or models. 

Some items in my Shopping Bag have disappeared? 
Until the order is completed, the items added to the cart remain available on the site and can be purchased by other customers.  

 

GIFTS 

Can I send a parcel as a gift? 
All our orders are delivered in branded packaging. If you wish to send a gift. Please select the gift option at checkout.  

Can I send a gift card or coupon? 
This option is only available in our physical stores. Please contact us to know more.  

 

PROMOTIONS 

How do promotion codes work? 
The subscription to Antonio Marras’ newsletter, gives you access to exclusive promotions and initiatives.  

You may often receive promotional codes and coupons. To take advantage of a promotion, enter the code at the time of checkout in the appropriate field. The final discounted price is displayed at the time of payment. 

Unless differently stated: the code cannot be combined with other offers. It can be used only once and for one order. 
The discount is calculated net of shipping costs.  

If the code is invalid, check the validity dates and categories to which the promotion applies. The use and rules for every code are usually specified at the bottom of the newsletter you received with the code. 

 

PAYMENT 

What Payment Methods Are Accepted? 
We accept the following payment methods: 

  • Credit card: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If your card has been issued outside your Country, please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed. 
  • Paypal
  • Klarna 

 

When is the amount charged on my credit card?

For payments made via credit card and PayPal, the amount of your order will be authorized automatically and charged only when your order is shipped. 

 

Can I pay with cash or bank transfer? 

At the moment it is not possible to pay with cash or bank transfer. 

 

Why does my payment seem charged twice? 

There is a difference between authorization and payment: when you make an online order there is always a payment authorization. An authorization is a pending payment or an amount withheld in a payment account. It is not a real charge and is usually shown in the pending charges section of credit cards. The actual collection is only made when the garments come out physically from our warehouse. If you see the amount authorized as collected, please contact your bank directly so they can "unlock" the amount withheld. 

 

What happens if there is a pricing error? 
We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on our website, but mistakes sometimes happen. In such cases, AntonioMarras.com expressly reserves the right not to honor pricing errors found on this website when accepting an online order. If an error occurs, we will let you know and cancel the order. Any authorized payments for that order will be immediately refunded. If you find an error as soon as your order is delivered, please contact our Customer Care team or refer to our return policy. 

 
 

AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER 

I did not receive any order confirmation email. What should I do? 
Please check your junk mail and make sure you have added: shop@antoniomarras.com to your safe address list. This will prevent the spam filter from blocking any future communications. If that's not enough, do not hesitate to contact us. 

 

Can I cancel my order? 
Orders are processed very fast and we cannot guarantee the cancellation of the order. If you placed an order by mistake and you want to cancel it, please contact us via email shop@antoniomarras.com. 

 

Can I add or remove items from my order? 
Orders are processed very fast and once confirmed, you cannot modify it.  

If you wish to add new items, you must place a new order. If there are items you do not wish to keep, please check our Return Policy.  

 

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been shipped? 
Orders are processed very fast and once confirmed, you cannot modify it. 
In case you wish to modify some details, please contact us immediately via email shop@antoniomarras.com. 

 
SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

How long will it take to get my package?

Can I use various delivery addresses in the same order? 
Unfortunately this is not possible. Items of the same order can only be delivered to one address.  

 

Do I need to sign at delivery? 
For most deliveries you may be asked for a signature. This is to certify that you have received the parcel.   

 

Can I send my package to a pick-up delivery address? 
Yes. At the time of checkout you can choose to collect your parcel at one of our pick-up addresses. 

 
You can get your parcel in one of our boutiques in Italy. You will be notified by email when the parcel will be ready for pick-up.  

 

Can I collect my order at the Antonio Marras New York Flagship Store? 
Yes, you can collect you order at our New York Boutique, located in 121 Wooster Street, 10012, New York. In-store pickup is free of charge and your items will be available in 2-3 business days.  
 

 

TRACKING  

How can I track my order? 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. 
Log in to your personal account to view and track the status of your shipment. Select 'My Account', enter your email and password and check the 'Orders' section. Otherwise, you can proceed to adding the shipping number you received directly on the courier’s website.  

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS  

How can I return my order? 

Returnswithinthe US:

Antonio Marras offers you the possibility to change your mind and return the items you are not satisfied with up to 30 days from the delivery of your order.  
 We remind you that the exchange service via courier is not possible.  

Returnsoutsidethe US:

If you wish to return some items from a country outside the United States, you shall notify our team by sending an email (shop@antoniomarras.com) within 30 days from the reception of your parcel. Once your request is approved, you shall arrange the return with your preferred courier. 

You are requested to provide our team with a tracking number, to monitor the returning parcel. The return and its costs are entirely under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse. 

 

Do I have to pay to return my order?

  • For customers residing in the US, the return of a product is free of charge. 
  • We do not take any responsibility for the costs related to any return from countries outside the US. Please note that you should also consider duties and taxes when returning the parcel. The return is under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse. 
  • Note that if you decide to use a courier of your choice, the return is under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse.  

 

How long does it take for my refund to be processed? 
As soon as we receive and process your return, your order will pass through a quality control and all items will be carefully analyzed. They should be returned without any fault, stain and with their original labels still attached. 

If this phase is approved, a refund will be credited to the original payment method. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 14 working days for the whole process to be completed, due to bank-processing times.  

Please note that eventual shipping costs and duties paid are not refundable.  

 

What should I do if I receive a defective item? 
We guarantee all our items undergo a quality control before they are shipped. Much care is also put in their wrapping and packaging.  

It may however happen that some are damaged or faulty.  

If you receive a defective item, please immediately send an email to shop@antoniomarras.com.  

In your email please specify the order number and the item code. Please attach photos (with the security tag visibly attached to the garment) through which we can analyze the defect. 

We strongly recommend checking the parcel at the time of its delivery, as sometimes it is damaged during the shipping.  

Please note that items that have been damaged while worn, used or misused, will not be considered defective. 

 
 

PRICES AND CURRENCY  

Can I change the currency?   

Prices shown on our website as well as the final invoices issued by AntonioMarras.com will be in United States Dollars (USD).
