  • Click: “Buy” and wait for the confirmation email. If you do not receive any email, check your junk mail or contact us.

Products’ availability

Items available on antoniomarras.com reflect the real availability of items in all our warehouses and stores. If a size is not available, it means it is out of stock and we unfortunately don't know when and if it will be restocked later in the season. We invite you to periodically check the article or collection page to find any new availability of sizes or models.

Until the order is completed, the items added to the cart remain available on the site and can be purchased by other customers. If this happens, before completing your order you will receive a message that notifies the items that are no longer available.

Gifts

All our orders are delivered in branded packaging. If you wish to send a gift, please select the gift option at checkout. 

This option is only available in our physical stores. Please contact us to know more. 

Promotions

The subscription to Antonio Marras’ newsletter, gives you access to exclusive promotions and initiatives. 

You may often receive promotional codes and coupons. To take advantage of a promotion, enter the code at the time of checkout in the appropriate field. The final discounted price is displayed at the time of payment.

Unless differently stated: the code cannot be combined with other offers. It can be used only once and for one order.
The discount is calculated net of shipping costs.

In such cases, AntonioMarras.com expressly reserves the right not to honor pricing errors found on this website when accepting an online order. For most deliveries you may be asked for a signature. This is to certify that you have received the parcel. 

Yes, you can collect your order at our New York Boutique,locatedin121 Wooster Street, 10012, New York. In-store pickup is free of charge and your items will be available in 2-3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information.

Returns & Refunds

Antonio Marras offers you the possibility to change your mind and return the items you are not satisfied with up to 14 days from the delivery of your order. 

We remind you that the exchange service via courier is not possible.

  • For customers residing in the US, the return of a product is free of charge. All costs will be covered by Antonio Marras.
  • Antonio Marras does not take any responsibility for the costs related to any return from countries outside the US. Please note that you should also consider duties and taxes when returning the parcel. The return is under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse.
  • Note that if you decide to use a courier of your choice, the return is under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse.

As soon as we receive and process your return, your order will pass through a quality control and all items will be carefully analyzed. They should be returned without any fault, stain and with their original labels still attached. 

If this phase is approved, a refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 14 working days for the whole process to be completed. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that eventual shipping costs and duties paid are not refundable.


It may take at least ten days for the refund to be credited to your account, due to bank-processing times.

We guarantee all our items undergo a quality control before they are shipped. Much care is also put in their wrapping and packaging. 

It may however happen that some are damaged or faulty. 

If you receive a defective item, please immediately send an email to shop@antoniomarras.com. 

In your email please specify the order number and the item code. Please attach photos (with the tag visibly attached to the garment) through which we can analyze the defect.

We strongly recommend checking the parcel at the time of its delivery, as sometimes it is damaged during the shipping. 

Please note that items that have been damaged while worn, used or misused, will not be considered defective.
